Although the Focus we purchased was only 4 months old it had been prepared exceptionally well and was ready on time. The paperwork exchange was handled quickly and professionally. My wife and I were treated very well throughout and felt comfortable the entire time we were there. This was irrespective of the difficulties encountered by the entire Sales Team on the day due to the DVLA website crashing for several hours.
