Everything was explained clearly and the vehicle was valeted to a very high standard. The Salesman, Dan Flude (aka Dominant Dan), and the two Managers we met, James and Charlie, were easy to get on with, not pushy and explained everything we needed to know.

I was particularly happy that after I mentioned I noticed a small stone chip on the vehicle's passenger door he had it whipped off to the branch's body shop where it was touched up whilst we sorted the paperwork.
