Put a complaint in on the 19th of January and no one has got back to me. I'm going to keep complaining until someone gets back to me.

I came to these guys with a big problem and they did not hesitate to help/sort me out. Very welcoming and honest starting from the used sales team (Richard Simpson) all the way up to management.

Chasing a refund and not happy with the service from service department - the customer posted complaint letter to branch which has been scaned across to customer feed back, so this will not copy and paste you will have to go onto Reps and go into attachments to read full letter.

Asked for a price on my trade in. The price was far too low so I said forget it. The next day I was contacted by a different sales rep. This person offered me a low but realistic price. If this price was offered initially I would have been coming to test drive the car. Very poor.

I came down to your showroom and was parking up my car one of your employees came over and very abruptly told me I couldn’t leave my car there I couldn’t see why not it was in a bay. I really didn’t like his attitude If that’s how you greet any potential customers I did as he asked and moved my car. I drove to trust ford Barnsley and I have bought a ford explorer on mobility.
