Excellent help when choosing my car , and after I had taken delivery help with all the different functions. However your biggest mistake is not give paper hand books out . I hate the manual on the screen , older people like to read and inwardly Digest the information. I bet I’m not the only one who saw this. Please think again about giving out handbooks so much easier than that screen thing.

Buying a car can be quite a stressful experience. However the staff at Lookers Sheffield and in particular Daniel Flude turned that into something quite enjoyable. With an incredibly warm and friendly approach whilst presenting an attitude to satisfy the demands of the customer, the event became very pleasant indeed. In particular, realising we had travelled quite far for a viewing, the team at the used car department went that extra mile for us to ensure we could leave with the car on the same day, no small feat considering we were taking advantage of Ford Options. An excellent experience all round.
