The vehicle was ready, clean inside and out. Dan ran through all the electroic paperwork efficiently, explaining everything clearly as he went. The features of the car were explained, so I was confident where all the options were and how to work them before I drove off. Lastly I was advised to call if I had any further questions.An excellent experience.

The handover was excellent. Russell made it very simple and easy for me and took away a lot of pressure involving the changing of vehicle, tax etc. He explained some of features of the car and walked me round it.
