From our very first visit to Lookers in Sheffield, we were made to feel exceptional welcome. We had made an appointment with Olivia Morton regarding enquiries about the interest in a vehicle. May I point out that both my wife and myself were not looking forward to the car buying experience, due to the fact that in the past years, our experience with other dealers has been somewhat underwhelming. From the get go, this was a most pleasant morning, Olivia and Kimberly took complete care of us. Olivia is an absolute credit to your company. Her demeanour, and knowledge was first class, so much so, that the vehicle we were intended to purchase, turned out not to be right for. And if it wasn’t for Olivia’s awareness of what may suit us, we could have gone elsewhere. In the end. We are delighted with our new car, and wouldn’t hesitate using this showroom again. When we collected the vehicle, the little touché that were shown made it a special day. Once again. I cannot praise Olivia enough, what a lovely young lady.
