An excellent handover, many many thanks.Dan Flude was very friendly, efficient, good humoured, interesting conversationalist, not pushy, very open and clear. Felt I was treated like an equal and not talked down to. Dan went the extra mile, as did Sam the manager.Great experience and would highly recommend.
