Philip Earl from the very start of the process of choosing the car, was very polite, honest and upfront about how motability works and ran us through the process. He kept us inform at each step and made it very easy to understand. When collecting the car he assisted me in and gave time to run through the cars controls and giving tips on the best way to get the most out of the car. Very pleasant chap he was.

I can honestly say that it was a joy picking up my car. Richard Simpson was excellent. He took me through all of the paperwork, showed me round the car and made sure I knew how to work the controls and sat nav before setting off.
