Excellent service by sales staff, found what I wanted, very professional

I have been a customer here for a few years now and they are always very open and honest conversations to help find the right car financially. They asked for a budget/price range and honoured that throughout whilst looking for the right car.Once purchased, a huge crack appeared 10 minutes after driving away. They were happy for me to come back, confirmed it was safe but and even had it replaced for free on my own driveway.Always recommend to people and certainly will now after what could easily have been a very tricky and stressful situation. Will certainly be going back in the future.

Sales rep Richard Simpson was very helpful in all aspects,even gave us a lift to the salesroom.The handover was very smooth and efficient and we were highly satisfied.

Richard Simpson & Charlie Bathie are both an asset to the company in my opinion. They are professional, courteous & conscientious whilst still being personable. Nothing was too much trouble & they kept me fully informed at all stages.

hand over made very easy by documentation being done on site.explanation of controls and vehicle demonstration done in showroom.only one grumble with ford they should still supply manuals cant take everything in immediately
