Richard was excellent in every way, he went the extra mile to sort the road tax out which we had to go into Sheffield to a post office to.register. If I could award 10 stars I would, he couldn't have been better.

No Owner's Manual, tyre pressures all different, front ones to high 35 and 36, rear to low 26 and 27 and no dust caps fitted to the rear tyres. Mentioned the tyres pressures on test drive, assumed they would of be sorted during handover servicing checks. Sorted now, just need some dust caps. Got a copy of the Owner's Manual from Ford online. Happy with the car and all of help and advice from Aron, James and Charlie at Lookers Sheffield.
