I can honestly say that it was a joy picking up my car. Richard Simpson was excellent.He took me through all of the paperwork, showed me round the car and made sure I knew how to work the controls and sat nav before setting off. I am so glad he showed me how to pair my phone to the car as I would have struggled with this. I cannot praise him enough for his professional customer service. Many many thanks
