From my initial enquiry Olivia responded in a very efficient manner answering all my questions. I went to the dealership expecting the hard sell, both Olivia and Alex were absolutely brilliant very helpful and informative no pressure to purchase, Olivia’s product knowledge was first class answering all my questions expertly. Both Olivia and Alex were open and honest. I was disappointed for them that due to personal circumstances i had to cancel the order.

Richard Hopkins at Lookers Sheffield was polite,informative, very amiable too!Richard kept me informed via email and telephone at all stages from 1st order day,built date and finally arrival at Lookers Sheffield.Richard told me all about the car before handover.
