I had a superb demonstration of the features and controls in my new car, particularly of the features my old car didn't have, such as cruise control. The car was in excellent condition and beautifully valeted. I felt like I was driving a brand new car off the forecourt. Everyone was friendly and worked together effectively to deliver my car. I could not fault the whole experience. Although it was 7 years since I last bought a car from Lookers, I was welcomed as a valued customer and made to feel very special. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for a used car.
