I liaised with Richard Simpson who was friendly, courteous, kind and polite. My only negative critique would be that when it came to discussing the monthly repayment and part ex offer I had to listen to ten minutes of what extra packages were available before getting to the nitty gritty of the actual amounts. If I’m honest I didn’t listen to a lot of what was said as I was just willing him to advise the monthly payments. It would only be then that I would consider taking any additional. In addition to that i was told that after having a think I could call and speak to Sam (the business manager?) and he may be able to find wiggle room in the part ex and monthly payments but this put me off if I’m honest. I would’ve liked to have been offered the very best price in the first instance.I’ve since bought a vehicle from a more local Ford dealership to me who offered their best price from the off and also an extra £700 for my car as part ex.

The sales team were great, both Jay and Bradley were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dear Savio,Following the conversation you had with my wife on Monday regarding finding glass in the car, we’ve since had further issues and I’d like to put in a formal complaint. After we bought the car we noticed some scratches on the interior material under the window pain, we disregarded this as it’s a used car and we put it down to wear a tear (maybe a dog had scratched it or something similar)At a later date I went to hoover the car out as it needed a clean after having it for a few weeks, my wife noticed something under the drivers seat so put her hand under to get it, we were shocked as it was glass and she cut her hand to the point it was bleeding badly. We then noticed that the window in the drivers seat does not have the Ford Symbol on therefore it all added up that the window had been smashed at some point prior to us buying it.We were not made aware of this, and were told that the car had had FULL Ford service history. The car door is now also becoming loose, and has a gap in between where the interior is fixed onto the exterior door. There is also a rattle when driving the car and the door isn’t aligning correctly. This is not the car we thought we were buying. I’m aware that you have done HPI checks and informed us that the car goes through checks, but the car feels unsafe. We also feel that Ford has not being fully honest with the car history and sold us a car not fit for purpose.Under the Legal Rights Consumer Act 2015 we have a right to repair or replacement. Please can you advise when you are able to fix this please? Otherwise we would like to request to return the car for a full refund or exchange for another car fit for purpose. Please also copy my wife, Jenny in your response Jennyfellowes@hotmail.co.uk as she will be able to bring the car in next week.Tel: 07580736112Look forward to hearing from you and finding a solution soon.RegardsRik Walls

I wanted to come and look at vehicle and was never able to set up an appointment to do so despite numerous attempts and flexibility given to the person who contacted.

Neither of 2 links provided by the Bot work - either to “parts” or “complaints”

Really disappointed with the idea that it would take an hour to an hour and a half to do paperwork to simply test drive a car. I’m a cash buyer with no car to exchange and don’t need to have a discussion with a salesman until I know whether the car is for me. Follow the example of JCT600, take my licence, hand me the keys, let me drive the car. If I like it, we can discuss prices. You’ve just lost a near certain sale.

Jessica rang me off the back of a internet enquiry, she was nice and sounded knowledgeable, told her what I was looking for, she took PX details and said she would get back to me as it was nearly 5pm but never heard anything since.
