Respect to him.The next niggle i would like to say is not to do with Aubrey.The problem is that there is no handbook fot the Ford Kuga which I don't agree with, miffed is an understatement and would like this rectified as this i find the handbook a great tool to use instead of trawling through the Internet which is a pain, this was expected especially as asked to provide the one I had with my trade in.( Ford Puma) Why ask for them back if they are no longer given with cars. Not happy about this in the slightest.

We were late getting to the show room so it was nice of Aubrey to check in with us. There was a delay in the motorway. On our arrival we were greeted by Aubrey with a friendly smile who then welcomed us to Lookers. He offered us a seat and a drink. He got us settled by introducing himself to us and he was very honest, telling us that it was his second week with the company. Aubrey was very patient with us by explaining the handout er procedure to us along with his colleague. It was a lengthy process and I could the company just did not want my money and send me on my way. Aubrey and his colleague made sure I had all the information required. I was well taken back to see the details that went into the hand over process. So thank you to both Aubrey and Sam for a job well done.

First class service from Richard Simpson kept me up to date from start to finish and made a video of the car that I was buying to show me exactly what it looked like.Richard also took time to explain everything that was available has extras and even did a short video when the car was being dispatched I can’t thank him enough.
