I would like to thank Richard Simpson, he went above and beyond to try and secure a deal and i would have gladly purchased a vehicle from him had my situation not changed. I will definitely be in touch again once my situation regarding a vehicle has changed. My only gripe was having to drive to Sheffield as my current vehicle is in deficit i would have had to have driven over 6 hours round trip.

Lookers sheffield team gave an excellent service but we were slightly disappointed from the poor support and communication from Ford its self. Considering the exceptional delays there was no feedback from them throughout to support the branch and keep customers upto date.
