Olivia was really helpful and explained that because I'm a privileged customer that I would no longer need a service plan. I've been kept up to date regularly on when my new car would arrive. They have been delays but these were not caused by the dealership.

Charlie was so helpful and with it being my first car buying myself he made the process so simple and straight forward nothing was too much of an ask and explained each step. The vehicle is just what I wanted very happy with it liked how relaxed the test driving process was so I could just go at my own comfort.
