Excellent service. I purchased remotely which I felt uneasy about but as Bradley was so helpful and reassured me I soon agreed to buy my focus and head up to Sheffield to complete the sale.Definitely given me confidence in buying remotely again.

We had to wait a very long time for our new car due to a shortage of parts caused by the Covid pandemic.It would have been helpful if Lookers had updated us every couple of months, especially as in September 2022 we were told the car had completed its build and was on the way to UK.Keeping customers informed is important
