David Williams was excellent. He struck just the right balance between being attentive but without making me feel pressurized. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and listened to my wants and needs. He did what he said he was going to do, got in touch in a timely manner and made the whole buying experience very smooth and hassle free.

Our new car took nearly 11 months to be delivered. We got it this week. I understand this is fairly typical at the moment due to the shortage of microchips and other components. Our salesman, Steve Cooper, did his best for us during this strange period and we eventually got the car we wanted. He explained everything to us and it ended well.
