Richard Simpson was great. He explained everything well and made me and my family feel so welcomed when we came to pick up the car. Overall it was a very hassle free and painless experience, Charlie was very helpful and quick in getting back to us about all our queries and the exchange of cars was easy as we part exchanged, the lady that delivered it was lovely! The only thing that I would say is that the car didn’t seem to have had a valet as promised as there was rubbish in the back door compartment and a few scratches on the paint work were not mentioned before purchasing but apart from that… I love our new car and would recommend lookers Sheffield, thank you

Nothing was too much trouble and really helpful

I have been waiting for 10 months for my car. Olivia at the dealership has kept me informed at every step but it was incredibly frustrating for her and me when there was no update or a reason for the delay. My car arrived in England before Christmas, Olivia was given several dates to expect the vehicle, all of which passed with no update. It was not her fault but you need to provide your sales team with more information - they are the face of your company!

The service was great and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and friendly.Sam was great and was happy to answer any questions.My only problem would be I was told damage would be repaired by body shop before I collected the car and it wasn’t so now having to drive to another lookers for damage to be repaired.

Dont run out of petrol 100 yards after leaving the dealership on a test drive !
