I enquired about part exchange and asked for your best offer, I got a better deal elsewhere, when I told your salesman he asked if he could improve his offer. I had made it clear I did not want to ‘dance’ around, it is disappointing that your best offer could not have been made first time round!

Dealer was very helpful but we decided given the slightly high price of the vehicle and increased borrowing costs to hold off for now.
