I found Sam the sales person polite, helpful and didn't feel pressurised into making a decision. What I did find a little disappointing was that my understanding was that the car had been fully checked before handing over to me. But found when driving home all my tyres were very low on pressure, battery low on key fob and a sticky mark had been left on the back passenger window.

The vehicle I was enquiring about was in Lookers in Leeds dealership, after a small deposit had been paid, this was brought down to Sheffield for my inspection and test drive. all the documentation was dealt with online and just a few phone call with relative ease and no hiccups. Which all made for an trouble free & easy collection at the weekend.

Charlie was fantastic, being knowledgeable, helpful, responsive (even on his day off) and reliable.
