Excellent service from sales team,seems to be problem with delivery times which seem to be with Ford

Another excellent interaction with Lookers. Currently there would be no other place we would look to get a car from.Feel we are listened to, looked after and welcomed at every stage. Both Olivia and Kimberly are great and are one of the reasons we bought the car.

Only had fuel to do 12miles when we picked up the car up, but this is only small issue and this did not change the fact that we had an excellent service from Savio and Sam. It was well worth the 430 mile round trip.

Brilliant experience

This is nothing specific to Looker who were excellent again. Kimberley and Steve were excellent from my initial contact until delivery and pick up. I am rather disappointed with Ford however, and the delay of the car which is increasing and not acceptable as this will make me think about not purchasing a new car in future and go for a second hand car instead.

Sam was very helpful, answered my many questions and nothing was too much trouble.

Olivia was brilliant and very helpful.I think we would have had a better experience if the expectations of length of delivery time were explained better. When we placed the order in mid November we were told it may be the end of November if not def the start of December. We didn’t collect until end of January and if that was explained at the time we would have been happier with that expectation.
