My overall experience was excellent. We eventually did the paperwork in the dealership with our salesperson. She was accommodating and answered our enquiries with a good degree of knowledge, being patient and willing to answer all questions and go that extra yard. It’s not that we are illiterate with technology but both feel an hour with the salesperson saves time, you have documents you can peruse at home and actually saves time as the handover was quick as a result. She even consulted the service manager for us and as a result he was able to use our accumulated service funds to give us a very cheap plan.

From my initial enquiry to purchasing and collecting my Ford Focus 4 days later I received first class service from Richard Wells. His communications were helpful, timely and informative. He dealt with the issues of us choosing and collecting it on a single day,en route from Lancashire to Peterborough, so that I had no concerns, despite a slight issue with the V5 for the part ex vehicle. It was all done and dusted within 3 hours.

I was very disappointed at the lack of a full and proper handbook for the vehicle. As an older person the amount of electronic information is causing me some initial difficulty.I am also finding it difficult for the same reasons to obtain a copy of the full handbook.
