When I collected my vehicle there were some personal items left in it - coins, chewing gum etc. Plus the phone and satnav history had not been cleared.These are only minor things but are really important to make you feel that your new car is yours even though it is a used vehicle.

Charlie the salesman was lovely. I was nervous as I was a single lady making for me, a big decision on buying a new car. He was very friendly, patient, down to earth and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like I was looked after very well by Lookers
