I just want to say that Sam Whittaker, sales executive was helpful, efficient, polite and made the whole experience smooth, comfortable and easy. To be fair all the staff in the showroom were friendly and polite. Only one down side is the seats at the desk, whilst were comfortable they were a little too narrow, but overall you have a good team in Sheffield

The dealership was excellent but Ford Uk were poor.The vehicle was delivered to Dagenham in early November (having been ordered in February),but was not delivered to the dealership until December 19th.Totally unsatisfactory service

Sam was very patient and polite and no pressure sale had chance to go home and think and also test drive alone over all went as planned
