Richard Simpson was very good ,not rushing us in anyway.and spoke to both of us rather than directing everything to my husband.My only issue was going through finance etc as it was something that we did not want so could not see the purpose of going through it all.but I understand it is the way that companies in general do things.thank Richard for your time and patience 😀😀
