Very please with the customer service from Charlie at Lookers Ford. He explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood everything from extras I could pay for to every gadget in the car. I felt very comfortable to ask any questions and couldn’t fault him at all. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family
