The sales people I dealt with were knowledgeable, explained things in a clear and easy to understand precise way, answered to my satisfaction any questions I asked, were polite, making the whole experience easy, relaxing and a pleasure to discuss and complete the purchase of a motor vehicle. I was very disappointed at the lack of a full and proper handbook for the vehicle. As an older person the amount of electronic information is causing me some initial difficulty.I am also finding it difficult for the same reasons to obtain a copy of the full handbook.

When I collected my vehicle there were some personal items left in it - coins, chewing gum etc. Plus the phone and satnav history had not been cleared.These are only minor things but are really important to make you feel that your new car is yours even though it is a used vehicle.
