I have had my car into the garage twice since October last year to repair a fault in the clutch and the issue still remains. I picked my car up from the garage last week after the clutch master cylinder was replaced for the second time after the first master cylinder was faulty. Last night my clutch started to get really stiff and the biting point kept getting higher and higher and this happens everytime before I have a breakdown. Luckily enough I managed to get home but it is only a matter of time before I breakdown again. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and has also hit me financially as I have had to pay to put my self on another family’s members insurance so that I can drive their car to work since every time I have asked for a courtesy car, there has never been a car available. I am very disappointed that this issue still remains and I hope for communication on how this will be resolved.

I am writing a complaint about 3 repairs I have had to my Audi A6 whilst under warranty. All repairs were to "glow plugs" which last 100k miles. My last repair was sept 2025. In January the engine warning light has come back on and low and behold, the OBD2 error is P0673 cylinder 3 glow plug. I called the south shields branch today who said I would have to pay £178 for a diagnostic which I am not willing to pay for given I know what the issue is, the issue which you said you had fixed and which comes with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee. I expect this resolved immediately or I will be escalating including to the warranty company who paid for the repairs.

On the 29th of September I purchased a car from your Liverpool branch.Ford KugaBU19 MMAI had received multiple texts to do with offers at the time and one of the offers was a £250 voucher. On the day of the purchase I had to make a £250 upfront payment and when questioned about the voucher I was told that instead of the voucher, I would receive a £250 refund instead. Which I was happy to accept.Since then I have had to phone the branch multiple times to ask about the refund and finally last week on Tuesday 14th (2 weeks after purchasing the car) I was told it had now been processed and will take 3-5 working days. Now finding out today, after 6 working days and still no refund, I have been told by someone else that it takes up to 14 days for the refund.I am currently in a position with a 8 month old baby and a wife on maternity leave so finances are already tough as it is. So knowing the £250 refund should have been with me at the latest of yesterday, finances have been planned around that. So to be told today I could be waiting another 8 days, is totally unacceptable. If I would have been told 14 days from the start I would have accepted that and planned my finances accordingly. But now I feel like I’ve been lied to and messed my finances up, I feel extremely dissatisfied with this!I am a store manager of a retail store myself, so feel quite confused as to why I should be waiting 14 days anyway as all refunds take 3-5 days, unless it’s an immediate refund. Which is now what I expect.I am not exactly putting a complaint in, I just want my refund as soon as possible.
