We enquired for a Ford Kuga from Scotland after seeing it on the Lookers website. Our sales person Mark Green was very helpful and tried his best to arrange transfer of the car from a different Lookers Ford franchise as it was easier to pick up from South Shields. He very kindly looked into fitting a tow bar as well. While in the process we found an identical car for significantly less elsewhere, but Mark could not match the price as Lookers does not do price matching if more than 100 miles away. This was not the fault of Mr Green, but a flaw in the Lookers policy.

Faultless just not the correct vehicle for us

The 9 year old car I enquired about is due a new cam belt. The salesman told me that you don't fit them and that it wasn't due until the vehicle reached 100,000 miles. This is wrong.

Very easy to talk to with no pressure

Nothing wrong with the salesman. I just felt like not enough was explored to get me to buy a car. Mine was undervalued which I understand where car sales are concerned, but that felt like it negatively impacted the deal too much. No alternatives explored either.
