Following my enquiry and a video sent by Lisa about the Citroen i was interested in, I called the branch twice that day to speak to Lisa, was told she was busy and would call me back. She never called, noone called.

Quick to get in touch, not really interested in trying to do a deal in the end. Told me to go sell my own car rather than part x. So I made a deal with another dealer.

Sales assistant agreed to send a video of a car. I never heard back from the sales assistant ever again

I asked a question by chat/email which wasn't answered. I missed a call from the dealer the next day and when I called back, someone else answered and because the 1st person was on a day off, the other employee couldn't answer my question and made no attempt to help further other than to say call back next day. So I won't be shopping with you. Thanks.

I have been getting help from john with my car i can not fault him in anyway he has been so helpful. He is asset to the company he has been there with advice. When i was looking at the car he just let me look at it on my own which was really nice honestly i can not thank him enuf for all his help i think he needs a good bounce of his boss.
