Showroom very outdated. Sales lad tom lier. Didn’t know anything about the car I was looking at and not doing simple things to make a deal happen. Very poor customer experience. I did my checks on the car and found out it had been damaged before and yous didn’t even know about this and try to tell me that it’s nothing. I would recommend anyone to come to yous in the future. That site need a massive upgrade very poor customer experience like I say. I have put it on socal media about my experience with yous :-(

We enquired for a Ford Kuga from Scotland after seeing it on the Lookers website. Our sales person Mark Green was very helpful and tried his best to arrange transfer of the car from a different Lookers Ford franchise as it was easier to pick up from South Shields. He very kindly looked into fitting a tow bar as well. While in the process we found an identical car for significantly less elsewhere, but Mark could not match the price as Lookers does not do price matching if more than 100 miles away. This was not the fault of Mr Green, but a flaw in the Lookers policy.
