There were only two areas to complete,it wasn't long winded. Stephanie was brilliant from the date booked in, to communicating throughout the time that my car was being repaired. Updates by email and voice messages or online. No problems and the issue was resolved.

I arrived at Lookers a day later than I was booked in. This was my fault. However the receptionist arranged for my service to go ahead. This was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed on the progress. The complimentary car wash was a bonus.
