The check in on line was very good & easy to follow as many older customers are not keen on using the on line system The service I had at your garage was very good .I was amazed at your staff regarding refreshments even tho they were very busy .well done your team

Service and communication was excellent - just unfortunite that upon seeing the car it wasn't afterall what I was looking for. It had more heavy wear and tear than appeared on the advert initially. I paid a deposit of £250 on Friday for the viewing on Sunday 9th June. However I have just looked at my bank account and note that my deposit hasn't been refunded as yet (currently now 11th June 23.15 Please can I ask that my deposit is refunded ASAP Kind regards Hayley White

I booked online but the date / time I chose was subsequently not available A gentleman ask to speak to me about the repeat problem I am having with my car and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Arrangements are now in place to discuss the cars issues with Ford and to bring my car in and fully test it. Arrangements are also in place for a courtesy car for the duration.
