It was extremely simpleAn excellent service (as I have become used to) from Lookers at South Shields. Handing the car over at a convenient time was simple, being kept informed by regular progress updates and being able to authorise necessary additional work online (with a courtesy, confirmatory, phone call to cover any additional queries) was very helpful.
