I couldn’t seem to book the MOT on line with a service plan it wasn’t particularly clear I therefore telephoned and booked which was good.Everything went as planned in a timely manner. Received a reminder call the day before. Car retuned washed and passed MOT, thank you.

It would of been a 5 star had the car been cleaned better.But saying that after I had the exterior cleaned and polished up by a professional.I noticed a couple of things wrong and took it back to have them rectified and Dale Nesbitt was only too happy to help he booked the car in and got them sorted.

A seamless handover completed relatively quickly and vehicle quality was excellent.However just one slight negative would be the lack of a decent amount of fuel in the car.Gauge showed 20 miles left. Surely a quarter of a tank is not too much to expect on purchasing a vehicle. It would enhance the customer experience and attract a 5 star from me
