Sales assistant agreed to send a video of a car. I never heard back from the sales assistant ever again

I asked a question by chat/email which wasn't answered. I missed a call from the dealer the next day and when I called back, someone else answered and because the 1st person was on a day off, the other employee couldn't answer my question and made no attempt to help further other than to say call back next day. So I won't be shopping with you. Thanks.

I purchased a car from your South Shields branch on Sunday, the weather was cold, dark so you couldn't really see much ie paint work etc. I collected the car on Monday around 1.30 and didn't leave until around 2.40 so I was rushing to go pick my children up. I had a look around the car and noticed some dints and chips in the paint work on both the passengers amd drivers. I messaged the sales rep who said i could take it in on Friday afternoon to get the paint work done and it would take about 20 minutes half an hour to repair. I agree to it but nothing was mentioned about the dints. I feel like the only way I'm going to get the car fully repaired chips and dints is by taking the matter further. I have pictures if you need them.

Customer saying vehilce is booked in for work at branch tomorrow (13.1.26) the customer took ownership of vehilce on the 8th October 25 The issue with vehilce started November call to book in was told had to wait till 13.1.26 and has now been told she may have to pay diagnostic charge, Customer is wanting a call today 12.1.26 to clear any cost up

I have been getting help from john with my car i can not fault him in anyway he has been so helpful. He is asset to the company he has been there with advice. When i was looking at the car he just let me look at it on my own which was really nice honestly i can not thank him enuf for all his help i think he needs a good bounce of his boss. Such a friendly company i would 1000% recommend getting a car from here.
