The whole process start to finish was smooth, positive and lush. Lisa was a fantastic saleswoman - answered all my questions, was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Lisa and colleagues helped me ensure I could get the car I wanted within my budget and within a week of enquiring. When there were issues (out of Lookers control) Lisa worked all day to get me the best possible outcome and get me my car to drive away asap. As a young woman buying a car it can sometimes be intimidating but I felt heard and safe in the hands of the Lisa and the staff at Lookers South Shields. This is the second car I’ve bought at this dealership and I can’t fault them.

Slight problem with Communication system When doing any service its all to do with trust. Trust that a good job will be carried out. So at South Shields Lookers are doing a good job, keep it up .
