The whole experience was very easy going. Dale explained everything and gave me a choice of options available. He answered questions and put me at ease. I’m really happy with how quick the sale was and I’m really pleased with the new car.

The team at Ford South Shields were very helpful and informative, and I was made to feel like I was in safe hands. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from Lookers, it was due to there not being a car there suitable for me rather than the experience I had. Lisa particularly looked after me and made me feel more confident as a new driver. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and was great with communication - thank you Lisa!

Gethin got me a good deal on the car. There was work done on it while I waited such as advisory jobs on the MOT, serviced washed, valeted and polished. Plus the scuffs on the alloys were done and a scratch on the paintwork. Gethin explain everything really well and made everything go through smoothly. He took the time to explain the controls in the car and paired my phone up to the information system. I was very impressed when he took the time to get the petrol for me as it was empty. The cars is great I'm very happy with it 😊

Friendly team who seemed to show care and consideration for their cusomers. it is great to feel welcomed and alao to reccive a call once the car was ready to collect. 5 star simply because you did everything you where supposed to do. The interaction from the team was friendly and engaging. Doors held open, friendly, smiling snd even shown back to my car. A vast difference fron the service I have received from my most locsl Ford garage over the last 4-5 years. Your South Shields team absolutely nailed it for customer service.
