The reception area is bright and inviting. the Service receptionist Stephanie, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a bit of a laugh when she asked if it was okay with me to wash the car. After agreeing I did say that it was probably unlikely anyone turned that offer down. My Puma was recalled for a software update. I booked it in several weeks before. On arrival I was advised what would happen and that the car would have a Safety Check as well. I was also advised that the car would be washed for me before being returned.
