Simple to complete with easy to follow instructions We had a clutch repair carried out under the extended warranty we took out when the car was first purchased. Lookers staff fully explained the process for assessing and carrying out the work and the timescale involved advising of the potential pitfalls. The use of hire car to cover the period was offered. Dropping off and picking up the car could not have been any easier and all of the staff I dealt with, both behind the service desk and the mechanic I spoke to, were approachable, friendly and extremely helpful in what was a worrying time.
