Nice and easy to do Steph and Carl were helpful and courteous from the minute I walked in the door. They explained what was getting done and how long it would take . 5 stars well deserved.

Karl was amazing, he was brilliant the entire way throughout, I will say though I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the car when I got it. I am doubtful that it was even cleaned or valeted(inside) as there is dirt and mud marks on the inside of the doors, the pedals still have mud on them and other things, the outside of the car was washed beautifully but I have doubts the inside was done properly, it’s minor things I can do myself which is why I’m still giving 4 stars, that and how good Karl was.

It was easy from start to finish, there was a few last minute glitches but they were easily sorted

I would of given 5 stars, but I wasn’t given much notice to pick it up before the garage was closing for the night. I also had to take the car back, as it hadn’t been washed as I was asked if I wanted it done when I took it in. But the staff were great and said just to call in anytime to get it washed, after I mentioned it hadn’t been washed.

The site was easy to use, and I found it more efficient. Chris was fantastic on the ball as soon as I walked into the showroom. Going as far as to offer me coffee whilst I waited for my car to be seen to.
