Too much emphasis on 'add on' extras to the car price inc finance options. Car value was good though.

I am writing regarding my vehicle, which I purchased from Lookers approximately three months ago. The car is still under the 4-year warranty I purchased at the time of sale.I brought the vehicle in last week due to dash board warning light but after keeping the car for two days, your team was unable to resolve the problem and return the car due to parts to arrive at later date. I have rebooked it today for repair but I have not received a clear update or timeline for when the issue will be fixed as there might be other issues found that need addressing.I rely on this car for essential travel and my daily commute to work, including upcoming face-to-face meetings in London and Cambridge for which I have non- refundable hotel bookings. As such, I urgently need working vehicle. I mentioned this to Looker's team when booking the service, and while I understand that repairs cannot always be guaranteed within a specific timeframe, the delay has caused significant inconvenience.Under the warranty terms and in line with my consumer rights, I kindly request:1. An update on the current status of the repair and an estimated completion date.2. A courtesy car or suitable alternative to use while the vehicle remains in your care.I would appreciate a response as soon as possible so that I can make the necessary arrangements for my travel.

Whilst the person who saw me was very polite, I didn’t feel it was a great experience overall. The car I test drove was dirty with old food on the back floor and I was only taken on a test drive around a block so very short.

I purhcased a new car in May 2025 - a 25 plate. In September a message came up saying that the battery was low and this kept happening and the garage looked at this. I was advised that there was nothing wrong with the battery and the same thing happened again. My car was booked in the garage, however prior to that happening my car would not start and would not lock. Ford Assist were called out and said there is no charge in the battery and that I would have to drive for 10 hours to get battery up to full charge and then the same thing would happen again. I was advised once they got car started to take it straight to the garage which I did. That was on 9th October - the garage did not look at car until 13th October and said they are waiting to hear from Ford and I am still waiting. I have had no phonecalls about my car and it is only when I ring up I am told still waiting for Ford. This is ridiculous this is a brand new car! I was given a courtesy car, however this is problematic as I have a dog and I cannot put him in the car. I feel nobody is bothered and the service is not what I would expect at all. The last phonecall I was told I may not even get the car back this week - ridiculous!

Hi so I went in on Thursday applied for a car I was told it was took of sale as I was sorting my finance out and next day he sold the car to someone else
