All my options were laid out and discussed with me and Karl really helped me work out what cover/additional services I needed and the best plans to get these. Mark Green was brilliant. Searched your catalogue for the car I wanted and he found the latest model rather than the older model that I'd test driven. He also was very patient when I tried to Bank Transfer the money for the car but I had to phone the bank to answer some safety questions, the wait for that call to be answered took almost an hour! Well done. Over a week now since I drove out of your site and I'm hugely impressed.
