Karl was exceptionally in way he handled the problems that were thrown at him with the IT issues on 19th July .Only issue was car hadn't been valeted properly, on collection I valeted car as it had been done to a poor standard

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The service was stress free and efficient. One minor whinge, it's pointless offering an IT service and it not working for 2 days. The online booking service was unavailable for days. But the thing I was bothered about was the service and that was great.

, I would have given 5 stars, except it was a stressful moment when we had only had 3 miles of diesel left in the tank by the time we made it to the garage to fill up!!! Phew!!
