I was impressed with whole process was a relatively easy purchase, Sales very helpful, though sometimes didn't answer questions via email on the whole I was satisfied with the process. Only let down is not being able to get car faults repaired for 9 working days after reporting them (Monday after receiving car on the Friday). Appreciate that service is busy and grateful that they managed to get it forward from what was originally going to be the week following that, so happy and satisfied that they're doing what they can and feel that should the opportunity arise I'll get car fixed sooner. I'll just have to be extra careful witht he non locking door until then.

Tom was a great, he was extremely helpful and friendly, he helped me get the car i was after.

They sent an app to check my vehicles progress but it was stuck on vehicle had been dropped off.

The experience with yourselves has been fantastic from start to finish. Mark Green the salesman was great very professional at his job always keeping me up to date with the Suzuki alto that i bought even on arrival couldn't believe how friendly and helpful he and all the staff where. Disappointed the car purchased did not have a parcel shelf when I collected it, considering it was on the forecourt a good few weeks after I test drove it and before I returned to buy it.

Staff were very kind and understanding of the situation I had found myself leading me to purchase a car and were supportive when allowing me to go for a test drive, taking me somewhere quiet to begin with
