Disappointed that my purchase did not have a parcel shelf, which had to be ordered when there was an identical car that the shelf could have been transferred to mine. That knocked the shine off the collection slightly!

I bought a Ford Kuga £13k and Unbelievably it hadn't been valeted with sand everywhere. so not happy with that as it spoiled my day of driving away in a new car
