We tried to purchase the vehicle from another branch of lookers but we got the impression the salesman wasn’t interested in us and we were not offered a test drive so we drove to your branch at South Shields to see if they had any stock that fitted my daughters requirements ,here we met Mark Green , wow he made my daughters day when we explained what we experienced ,he said don’t worry if that’s your car we’ll get it for you , he did what he said had a test drive all be it extended , sat down with him and sorted the deal , my opinion of Mark was honest ,happy, trustworthy & willing to go the extra mile ,you need a Mark Green in every branch , big thank you to all the staff at the South Shields branch .
