We had bought a car previously at another dealership but had a bad experience with them and ended up returning the car. We then saw this car here at Lookers and the whole experience was far more professional, relaxed, easier and friendly. They serviced the car, fitted new front discs and pads as well as smart repaired a couple of small items we had asked for and valeted the car really well. On collection day the car looked really smart, it was gleaming in the sunshine despite it being a 'used car'. Brilliant service from Lookers.
