Everybody that I spoke to from the person going through my booking to the receptionist who showed and explained my invoice were very knowledgeable in their jobs. The person were very excellent in their the knowledge of their jobs. They were very welcoming. They looked after me and answered all my questions at once. The experience was was made very relaxed and comfortable.

Ben the salesperson was very helpful, nothing too much trouble for him and my wife being disabled he went over and above to consider her needs , explained everything in detail and would go over again if we didn’t quite get it. From first seeing the vehicle, had it shipped over to SWF showroom, explained how everything worked, set us up for a test drive and helped complete the purchase and made sure we had all paperwork in place.

Your Service staff at South Woodham are very good. The contact centre booking person did confuse me slightly and booked an incorrect service item, but the site based service person, Dan, sorted it out without any drama.
