(This is the second attempt at this survey, my PC crashed before completing the first attempt). Easy to book in, friendly staff, detailed video report with options and costs clearly presented, and a clean car ready to pick up.

Unfortunately our Kuga broken down, we left the key with the garage sales team who passed it on to the service team on Monday enabling us to go on holiday. The Kuga was fixed while we were away which was good as we had a few appointments when we returned. Well done!

Recurrent brake fault following repair in 2023. Car was looked at but fault not able to be found on this occasion. New flex-cable(?) fitted. Car was looked at and ready for pick up the following day. I was kept well informed of the process.
