It was easy to navigate and left little room for error. Everyone was friendly, the facilities were excellent in the waiting area and the work was carried out without delay.

It’s not great - I struggled to find the right one to use (used one for my MOT last year and then a different one appeared when trying to book my service). I used one booking service and it didn’t let me choose a date, but said someone would contact me, and then someone just emailed me telling me a date, which I couldn’t do! There was no talking to me about what date I could do. Then I ended up rebooking on the other (maybe correct) booking system online, which worked (I could pick a day/time) but it seems I couldn’t book a normal service, I chose what I thought was right, but at every stage staff thought it was a lease car when it wasn’t and I confirmed on email it wasn’t - the branch still called and asked me when they had my car. I don’t think there is communication with the branch teams!

Was very simply and easy to book in Booked in for a Saturday service was very quick to get serviced and able to pick up and drop off very easily after a in depth service.

Tia worked really hard to get the vehicle ready despite it coming from another location and the car needed a recall.
